Cancellations & Money Refund Policy:

 

Cancellations (Live):

  • Cancellations will be accepted without any deductions if done within 2 hours of purchasing
  • Cancellations receive after 2 hours of purchasing are refundable with a cancellation fee of $50.
  • Cancellations will only be accepted 48 hours before the actual commencing day of webinar.
  • If you are not able to attend for any reason, please notify us earlier we will try making other arrangements for you

 

Substitute (Live)

  • Substituting for any other webinar or registrant will be free of cost.
  • Substitute allows you to substituting a webinar for some other listed webinar scheduled on any other day/timing or the different topic.

 

Refunds will not be accepted in below cases (Live):

  • Attendee didn’t receive the webinar instructions due to firewall protection or any other technical issues, on the attendee/registrant side.
  • Cancellations/Refunds not applicable  if in case need to change the date of  Live webinar due to unforeseen circumstances however, we take the full responsibility of conducting the stated webinar on any other date else we will refund your money.
  • If attendee not attend any event due to any problem on attendee side.
  • If attendee leave in between of the ongoing event.
  • Refunds not applicable in the case if event being rescheduled by the speaker.
  • Refunds not applicable after commencement of live event.
  • Refunds not applicable if in case any customer ordered multiple times with same contact information for same/different training/product.
  • Refunds not applicable if the customer order double by mistake and not inform the company within 24 hours of the order.
  • This is the customer responsibility to check inbox for Email. It is mandatory for the Customer to retain the order receipt. If not received, ask within 24 hours of the order confirmation.

Other Cases:

  • If some issue arises like audio or video problem during session from company side, we will compensate for it. If customer is still not satisfied then we will initiate refund process.Cancellations and refunds not applicable for OnDemand Webinar/ recorded sessions/E-Transcript/Audio downloads/virtual DVDs.
  • Customer should inform to us if he/she not received any dial instruction from company side. Customer should raise ticket at “support@federalcomply.com”.
  • Customer/Attendee can view the OD session of same live/postpone webinar free of any further cost if they missed the session
